With the Feasibility Report in hand and a clear picture of your site, we formalise the design partnership. This stage is where your custom architectural journey truly begins - our design team develops your Concept Plans with intention, translating everything we have learned about you and your site into the foundations of your forever home.

A fixed-price tender is prepared so you know exactly what the full build will cost before committing to construction.

With your Concept Plans confirmed, our team prepares the full technical documentation required to obtain permits and build your home to the highest standard. Alongside this, our Interior Designer works with you at our specialist selection centre to curate every interior detail — from materials and finishes to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This is where your home moves from vision to specification.

HAX Homes manages the entire approval process on your behalf. We have established relationships with private certifiers and councils across all operating regions to ensure efficient, accurate lodgement and follow-up

Before a single sod is turned, you will have a fully executed, fixed-price building contract. Your price is locked, your specifications are locked, and your timeline is documented. This is one of the most important protections we offer; complete certainty before construction begins.
