Design & Construction Process

Initial consultation with the HAX Homes Managing Director to review architectural plans, drawings or consulting reports.

Complimentary on-site visit with the Managing Director. We review your site and plans together, so you have a clear picture of cost, timeline, and constructability before committing

Finalise your interior finishes with our Interior Designer and confirm any outstanding construction approvals before we break ground.

Construction Only Process

Once the Design Brief is aligned and you are ready to take the next step, our Managing Director visits your site personally to conduct a thorough feasibility assessment.

With the Feasibility Report in hand and a clear picture of your site, we formalise the design partnership. This stage is where your custom architectural journey truly begins - our design team develops your Concept Plans with intention, translating everything we have learned about you and your site into the foundations of your forever home.
A fixed-price tender is prepared so you know exactly what the full build will cost before committing to construction.

With your Concept Plans confirmed, our team prepares the full technical documentation required to obtain permits and build your home to the highest standard. Alongside this, our Interior Designer works with you at our specialist selection centre to curate every interior detail — from materials and finishes to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This is where your home moves from vision to specification.

HAX Homes manages the entire approval process on your behalf. We have established relationships with private certifiers and councils across all operating regions to ensure efficient, accurate lodgement and follow-up

Before a single sod is turned, you will have a fully executed, fixed-price building contract. Your price is locked, your specifications are locked, and your timeline is documented. This is one of the most important protections we offer; complete certainty before construction begins.
